For years, our founder built Renova Energy into a trusted name for solar across the desert. But solar alone leaves homeowners creating energy without real control — still dark during outages and still exposed to every rate hike.
As net-metering rules changed, that gap became impossible to ignore. Export credits were never the same as ownership. If someone else decides what your power is worth and when you can use it, you still do not control your energy.

Renova brought third-party solar leases to the desert and helped scale adoption house by house.

Net-metering changes exposed the limit of solar-only systems: if the utility still sets the value and the rules, generation without storage still leaves homeowners dependent on the grid.
